It’s been a busy few weeks here at Liberty Loves: A new website, a vegan festival, a shortlisting for a major award… Oh and the small matter of 900 Raw Raspberry Tarts.
Portsmouth Vegan Festival
Thanks to everyone who waited for hours in the cold to visit us at Portsmouth’s Vegan Festival last weekend. It was lovely to meet so many other passionate foodies, and I hope you all came away with a basket full of vegan goodies. I was selling my raw tarts, nut butters, and chocolate brownies, which one of my followers was still raving about later:
You’re most welcome!
Free From Awards 2017
Following our recognition at last year’s Free From Awards, our best-selling Raw Raspberry Tarts have once again been shortlisted for an award. Yay! Appearing in the ‘Food To Go’ category, alongside some much larger brands, we’re facing stiff competition. The winners will be announced on 28th March at an awards ceremony in London. Fingers crossed!
Fancy trying some new vegan snacks?
We’re excited to be included in this month’s Vegan Tuck Box for the first time. I spent the days leading up to half term creating 900 delicious Raw Raspberry Tarts for the boxes, before embarking on the 500-mile round trip to hand-deliver them safely to Yorkshire. We hope subscribers to Vegan Tuck Box enjoy the tarts as much as we do.
Of course if you’d like to order any of our products individually, they’ve all been lovingly created in small batches in our free from kitchen, and are available on our website.
Special offer for blog readers – only until 14th March
We’ve been developing a decadent new coconut and lime tart and we’d love you to try it… for free! Simply order 4 of our other tarts, add the new coconut and lime tart to your basket with the discount code BUY4GET1FREE, and it will be added to your order at no cost. The offer is available until 14th March.
We love getting feedback on our recipes so please let us know what you think of the new flavour.
Now most of the feedback we receive about our raw tarts indicates they are devoured pretty quickly, but there are many ways you can serve and savour one of these morsels of deliciousness. In my next blog, I’ll show you five different ways you can enjoy one. Stay tuned!
In the meantime we’ll be at Vegfest Brighton on 11th March so we hope to see you there.
